During COVID-19 alert level changes we will continue to operate as an essential service however, the way we operate may change from time to time for your safety.
Below you'll find information about COVID-19, and how this affects the services we offer here at Primepac, at each of the different alert levels.

During COVID-19 Alert Level 1 all operations will run as normal.
Customers can pick up their orders at 11am or 2pm if specified at the time of purchase, or choose to have their products delivered using our same day dispatch.
During COVID-19 Alert Level 2 we will continue to operate as normal, but with some precautionary measures in place.
Order pick ups will run as usual at 11am or 2pm, but physical distancing where possible will be encouraged. We recommend that all customers scan the COVID-19 QR code at the front of our building upon arrival, and call 0800 277 772 to have their order brought out to them.
During COVID-19 Alert Level 3 we will remain open.
Order pick ups will be restricted where possible, and is encouraged to only be used for urgent orders. Any pick ups will be strictly contactless. We recommend that all customers scan the COVID-19 QR code at the front of our building upon arrival, and call 0800 277 772 to have their order brought out to them.
We encourage customers to use our same day dispatch delivery system instead of picking up orders during Alert Level 3.
During COVID-19 Alert Level 4 we will remain open, as an essential business.
However, orders must be delivered – pick ups will no longer be available. Our promise of same day dispatch still applies.
