Ethical Sourcing Policy

For us, it's the people that count. Which is why we've long invested in our team, supply chain and wider community. At Primepac, we are committed to sourcing our products ethically and responsibly, and expect our partners and suppliers to do the same.

We believe everyone should be treated with dignity, respect and fairness, so have developed the following policy to ensure these standards are met. Our Ethical Sourcing Policy sets out Primepac’s expectations of our suppliers regarding labour and human rights, health and safety, business integrity and management of standards. Furthermore, we commit to continually reviewing our procedures in order to mitigate risk of modern slavery within our supply chain.

As a company that cares deeply about the welfare of workers in all areas of our supply chain, we require our suppliers to ensure that the standards discussed in this policy are executed and monitored, with annual reviews in place to assess performance and areas for improvement.

We recognise our responsibility as a key supplier in New Zealand to set and police these standards to ensure the human rights of our team, supply chain and community are positively impacted. Our goal is to foster a culture of continuous improvement that allows our stakeholders to adapt to global, environmental and societal changes.
