IMPORTANT INFORMATION FOR PRIMEPAC CUSTOMERS

From 1 May 2026, we are reducing the temporary surcharge to 12.2% and applying it across all orders. This is down from the current 19.6%, which applies only to selected categories. This page will be updated regularly to reflect the latest market conditions.

What this means for Primepac customers

The temporary surcharge will apply to all orders from 1 May. There is no change to the underlying base product price. Instead, the surcharge will appear separately in your cart and at checkout to provide clear visibility.

Our approach

Our priority is to support continuity of supply for our customers while market conditions remain unsettled. Where necessary, fair-use limits may be applied to selected products to help maintain availability across our customer base.

Ongoing updates

We understand that market changes like this can create uncertainty, and we are committed to keeping customers informed. This page will be updated as conditions evolve. We appreciate your understanding and continued support.

Why is the surcharge shown separately instead of being added to the product price?

Is this a permanent price increase?

Could product availability be affected?
